Description

Working Principle

Tableware in removable baskets undergoes a four-stage process:

① Pre-rinsing (40'C around high-pressure water removes residues)→

② Main washing (65°C around detergent solution immersion + rotating sprayarm scrubbing)→

③ Rinsing (clean water spraying for disinfection)→

④ Hot air drying (70°C around circulating air dries in 3 minutes).Modular design allows independent zone control, compatible with ceramicstainless steel, and melamine tableware.

Technical Advantages

High Throughput:Processes 4.000-10.000 pieces/hour (equivalent to 20workers),cutting labor costs by 80%.
