Maintenance and Care

● Regular Cleaning: The ventilation hood should be cleaned regularly to ensure optimal smoke extraction performance and extend its lifespan. When cleaning, first turn off the power supply, then wipe both the exterior and interior surfaces of the hood with a damp cloth, and finally dry it thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.

● Inspect the fan: The fan in the ventilation and smoke exhaust hood should be checked regularly to ensure proper operation. When performing the inspection, first turn off the power supply, then manually rotate the fan impeller to verify that it spins smoothly without any signs of jamming or sticking.

● Replace the filter: The filters in the ventilation and fume hood should be replaced regularly to ensure optimal purification performance. When replacing the filter, first turn off the power supply, then open the filter cover, remove the old filter, insert the new one, and finally close the cover.

● Inspect the ductwork: The ducts of ventilation and exhaust hoods should be regularly checked to ensure they are securely and reliably connected, with no leakage. When inspecting, first turn off the power supply, then gently shake the ducts by hand to verify whether they are loose or unstable.
